Fresh Grilled Tacos

The best thing about this recipe is that it is super easy and super fresh.
Set up bowls of cilantro, tomatoes, lime wedges, shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese, pico de gallo and whatever else you may want to put on your fresh taco…

Choice of Skirt Steak, Shrimp, Chicken
Marinade meat; juice of 2 limes, 1/4 cup oil, fresh cilantro, salt-pepper-cumin (1 hour)
Flour Tortillas

Grill meat, let it rest and slice.
Put grill marks on tortillas and stack them on a plate
Every man for himself, assemble your taco!
